Estimated Shipping Time
Currently we only ship in the United States and the estimated time frame is typically 3-7 days. All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS.
Shipping FAQ
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact the mail carrier with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to contact us within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns. Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days and returned items must be unopened and unused. Customer provides return shipping.
